Coldplay star Chris Martin and his wife Gwyneth Paltrow have recently filed for a plan to build a steel wall around their home in London.
According to the couple, the fence is needed to increase security around their property.
This however is causing concern for neighbours, with the celebrity couple having continuous construction work to their property over the recent years.
One neighbour said ‘I can understand it because they want their privacy but I think it’s a bit unnecessary. If it’s a big metal fence it could look quite hostile and awful.’
‘I don’t think it’s necessary. Their privacy is respected anyway.’
The local Council have so far not received any appeals against the celebrity couple’s plan.
