A loft conversion could save you having to move to a larger house by utilising space already available to you, enabling you to save on the costs associated with moving, such as stamp duty, estate agent fees and solicitor fees.
Make sure you do your research before applying for planning permission as it isnโt always necessary and would depend on the type of conversion you are having.
