Draper Tools have launched a new range of saws. Designed for both the professional and serious DIYer, the new SC series of Draper Expert Supercut handsaws display a range of quality features. From the high quality Japanese carbon steel blades with super hard lacquer coating to the extremely sharp, triple ground teeth for accurate speed cutting.
The complete range includes tenon saws, floorboard saw, a handy toolbox sized saw plus 20″ and 22″ handsaws with a choice of 7-tooth/8-point fast cut or 11-tooth/12-point fine cut.
One of the main benefits of this new range is the rigid lacquered blade which minimises bending while sawing and helps prevent jamming in resinous or damp wood – a major irritation when hand sawing. Each model features triple-ground teeth that cut on both the forward and reverse stroke for speed cutting, while the cushion grip handle is ultrasonically welded for permanent binding to the blade.
